One excting part of playing shows is is getting to meet new artists.  On Friday night I played with two such artists. Chris Velan from Montreal, Canada and Allie Moss from New Jersey.

Chris uses an acoustic guitar and an  array of effects pedals to create a unique folk, reggae sound. My friends and I were blown away by how talented he was and cool his songs were.

Allie Moss (Ingrid Michealson’s guitar player) charmed the crowd with her pixie-like voice. She had a band featuring a stand up bass, violin, and keyboards. She even played the ukulele for a song. 

Its always great to meet artists like them. I can’t wait for my next show so I can meet more interesting artists.
